  • 12 oz. bag Sage & Onion cubed stuffing
  • 1 cup leeks (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of a 5-quart Crock Pot with cooking spray.
  2. In the Crock Pot, combine the cubed stuffing, chopped leeks, dried cranberries, golden raisins, and chopped pecans.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together chicken broth, melted butter, beaten egg, ground mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the Crock Pot and gently fold to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
