  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 16 ounce box angel hair pasta

Instructions

  1. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, butter, cream of chicken soup, garlic, chicken broth, and Italian dressing mix.
  4. Spray the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray and place seared chicken inside. Pour the sauce mixture over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Cook angel hair pasta according to package instructions just before serving.
