  • 24 squares graham crackers
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 can (12oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor, crumble graham crackers, then add melted butter and sugar; pulse until combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk, egg yolks, and lemon juice until smooth.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for another 15-20 minutes until set.
  7. Cool completely on a rack before cutting into squares.
