  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them thinly with a knife or mandoline.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until mixed well.
