Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and arrange them skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Break the Boursin cheese into chunks and distribute evenly over the salmon fillets.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. For a golden topping, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice on top, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
